THE OCEAN ROOM ($185-$165)
The Ocean Room
is a colorful room located on the villa's lower level. Enjoy the wonderful ocean view right from your queen bed. Sitting on small settee couch, you can watch key deer,or get a close up view from the private beach patio. The private bath has a shower. Other amenities include beach towels, small refigerator, satellite TV,WiFi, and AC. If you want an ocean view, this is the room for you. |

THE COTTAGE ($205-$185)
Blue Heron Cottage
is located high among lush trees and is a private, romantic cottage located directly in front of the villa. It's unique shape with stained glass windows offers a cozy view of the gardens. From your private porch, you can watch as the deer roam the grounds. This room has a queen bed, satellite TV,AC,Wifi, and a mini kitchen area with small table and chairs. Two rattan chairs provide a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the quiet surroundings. Because of it's separate, private location from the main house, it is the most popular room.

THE TARPON ROOM ($175-$155)
The Tarpon Room
is located in the villa on the second level off the atrium with a view of the grounds from the wooden shuttered windows . An eclectic collection of furnishings provide a comfortable setting with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa that can accommodate a 3rd guest.In the bath area there is a large sized shower. A small refrigerator is provided with other amenities, such as satellite TV, AC,Wifi, beach towels, and small ice chest. This room is easily accessible to upper outside patio area with wonderful ocean view. |

The Dolphin Room
is located in the villa on the second level off the atrium. With wooden shuttered windows open, you can enjoy the ocean breeze. THE CROW'S NEST LOFT ($150-$135)
The Crow's Nest is a small loft-type room with sloped ceilings. It has skylight windows in the ceiling for a starry view from the queen size bed.
